The main objectives of this project are to:
- Provide an overview of empathy as a key sustainability competence;
- Explore engineering students’ and educators’ understandings and experiences of empathy in the education for sustainable development;
- Suggest ways to embed empathy into engineering curricula for sustainability and education for sustainable development.
